  • How to approach workshop and module development

  • Presentations styles and principles — developing a style that suits each trainer

  • Suggestions for giving and receiving feedback

  • Developing a syllabus that describes training approach and desired outcomes

  • Adjusting the content to suit the audience, the duration, the topic
