About
The Library of Congress is offering a Digital Preservation Outreach & Education Program Train-the-Trainer Workshop for the first time in the Southern U.S. Workshop attendees are trained in the DPOE Baseline Digital Preservation Curriculum and recognized by the Library of Congress as DPOE Topical Trainers at the conclusion of the workshop.

Attendees learn through hands-on experiential learning, lectures, and teamwork. All attendees agree to teach at least one module of the DPOE curriculum within six months of completing training. Deep South DPOE is targeted for professionals in Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
